Fujiasia guarantees to provide customers with free maintenance for the following parts and the following services within the warranty period:

 

Free home delivery, including installation and tuning.

Two complimentary tuning services will be provided within one year from the date of purchase (fees will apply for overdue requests).

10-year free warranty coverage (effective from the date of purchase):

⑴ Sticking or non-responsive keys

⑵ Minor repairs to the piano action (internal parts)

⑶ Pedal malfunctions affecting damper or muffler effects

(4) Piano body damage from non-human factors                     

 

A designated representative will periodically remind you to tune your piano, ensuring it receives the best possible maintenance. 

                                                                                                       

*Rent-home customers can enjoy a purchase discount:

   -Half of the first year's rent will be deducted from the contracted piano price (applicable only to the first year and the rented 　piano). Contact our staff for details.

​*Validity of the 10-Year Parts Warranty: To ensure the piano is maintained in its optimal condition, customers must purchase and schedule tuning services through our company twice a year (tuning should be performed every 4–6 months) to keep the above warranty valid.
